Your clothes will arrive in Kvatt's reusable protective packaging. Inside your order, you'll find your new SIRPLUS items, plus the label needed for Kvatt's return journey.

3. Unpack and enjoy
Unpack your new SIRPLUS pieces from the packaging and Kvatt returns label. The Kvatt packaging is ready for its next adventure.

4. Return the packaging
Stick the prepaid returns label over the Kvatt packaging's seal and drop the empty packaging in any postbox. No additional cost, no complicated process.

5. Complete the circle
Your returned packaging is cleaned and sent out again, avoiding the need for new single-use packaging. Your small action has made a big difference!

Getting Started

What is Kvatt?
Kvatt is a reusable packaging service that lets you shop with less waste. Instead of receiving your order in single-use packaging that goes straight in the bin, your items arrive in returnable packaging that can be used again and again. It's designed to make sustainable shopping seamless whilst reducing packaging waste.

How does Kvatt work?
When you're checking out, you'll see an option to upgrade your delivery to Kvatt's waste-less experience for £3.99. If you choose this, your order arrives in special returnable packaging. Once you've unpacked your items, you simply return the empty packaging using the prepaid label provided - no additional cost to you.

How do I order with Kvatt packaging?
Look for the "Waste-less experience" option at checkout. Tick the box, pay the additional £3.99, and your order will be sent in returnable Kvatt packaging instead of traditional packaging. The rest of your shopping experience remains exactly the same.

Pricing

What are the costs?
The Kvatt service costs £3.99 plus your normal shipping charges. This covers the returnable packaging and the prepaid return postage; you won't pay anything extra to send the packaging back to us, and a free-return label is included. This cost also covers the cleaning and refurbishment of the packaging, ensuring its re-use and long life.

Returns Process

How do I return the bag?
It's straightforward: empty your order from the packaging, stick the prepaid return label over the seal, and drop it in any Royal Mail postbox. The packaging comes with clear instructions and a QR code that links to a step-by-step guide. You don't need to pay for return postage.

What if I forget to return the packaging?
Each package has a unique QR code that takes you to a personalised page with return instructions. Some retailers may send gentle reminder emails after a few days to help you remember, but there's no penalty if you take a bit longer to send it back.

Is there a time limit for returning the packaging?
While there's no strict deadline, the sooner you return it, the sooner it can be cleaned and reused for another customer's order. The return process is designed to be as convenient as posting a letter.

Can I use the packaging for returns if I need to send items back?
Yes, you can use the Kvatt packaging to return items to the retailer, just like you would with any other packaging. Follow the retailer's normal returns process.

Environmental Impact

What happens to the bag after I return it?
Once you return the packaging, Kvatt collects and cleans it thoroughly, then sends it out again for another customer's order. Each piece of packaging can be reused multiple times, which is how we reduce waste and emissions compared to single-use alternatives. The packaging is designed specifically for this circular process, so it's built to last through many deliveries.

Could you tell me a bit more about the emissions from each bag?
We know it might seem less efficient sending bags back individually, but here's the thing - every time we reuse your returned packaging, we're avoiding the need to manufacture a brand new piece of packaging from scratch. The emissions from posting it back to us and giving it a thorough clean are significantly lower than creating fresh packaging each time. So whilst your bag makes a solo journey back to us, it's actually the more sustainable choice overall.

Currently, Kvatt is only available within the UK. The service is expanding, so it may become available in other regions in the future.
