All gift cards are redeemable online or in-store for our customers shopping in the UK only in GBP. To use online, simply enter the gift card code at the checkout. The balance can be spent on more than one order. Virtual gift cards can also be used in all of our stores.

Purchase the gift card under your name/ account and you will receive it via a dedicated email with a code for checkout and a QR code for use in our stores. You can print this off to physically hand it to someone or you can simply forward the email to the person it is intended for - the marvel of the modern world!

Gift cards expire 12 months after purchase. Please note that gift card sales are final and non refundable.

You can return any unworn, full price items bought through our online portal or in any of our London stores within 14 days of the date you received your order for either an exchange or refund.

We do not accept returns on boxer shorts, socks, face masks, made to order items or custom items unless they’re faulty.

Christmas policy:
We've extended our returns policy to give you some extra time to make sure everything fits perfectly. You can return any unworn, full price items bought online or in any of our London stores or events between 1st of November until 24th of December by 7th January for a refund and 14th January for exchange of your order.

Sales policy:
Sale items must be returned within 14 days of the date you received your order, and can only be exchanged or returned for a credit note.
