Store Manager

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager for our King's Road location. You'll lead a dynamic team while driving sales and championing our unique brand values.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years' retail management experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record in luxury or premium fashion retail

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive store performance and team development
  • Oversee visual merchandising and store presentation
  • Analyse sales data and provide insights to head office teams
  • Maintain store operations and health & safety compliance
  • Manage stock and supply chain processes
  • Lead staff training and development
  • Deliver exceptional customer service standards
  • Coordinate with other stores and head office
  • Handle customer service matters including returns/exchanges

Sales Assistant

About the Role:
We're looking for a Sales Assistant to join our Central London store. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with customers and has a keen interest in menswear.

Required Experience:

  • Previous retail experience preferred
  • Customer service background beneficial

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Assist customers with product selection and fitting
  • Process sales transactions
  • Support visual merchandising
  • Help with stock management and replenishment
  • Assist with store opening/closing procedures
  • Handle returns and exchanges
