SIRPLUS started making boxers using surplus fabrics. Over time, the range has grown to include a collection of core products, for which we are well known. Where possible, we still use surplus fabrics. The brand has evolved considerably, but we have remained true to our roots – making special pieces, in small runs using quality fabrics. We hire the best talent to build our team. 

We are looking for an experienced retail and customer service manager to join the team. This role would be best suited to someone with retail, or customer service experience, who enjoys meeting new people and making new connections.

Mission:

To drive sales in-store at the same time as upholding the world-renowned SIRPLUS standard.

Operational Responsibilities:

·       Recruitment of sales assistants

·       Oversee stock checks

·       Manage visual display of Store

·       Review sales and feedback to buying, merchandising and marketing teams

·       MaintainPOS systems – iPads, card machines, marketing material, etc

·       Ensure shop conforms to health and safety policy

·       Ensure shop is opened and securely locked as required

·       Order supplies

·       Ensure staff receive appropriate training on product and service

·       Ensure staff are well presented and represent the brand

·       Communicate effectively with the head office

·       Arrange logistics and transport for events

FinancialResponsibilities:

·       Communicate targets to the team and motivate staff to hit targets

·       Analyse sales results and adapt strategy

CustomerService:

·       Maintain a sky high level of customer service

·       Effectively obtain data on clients

·       Increase SIRPLUS’ brand awareness

Requirements: 

·       Buckets of charm

·       Strong drive to push a small business forward

·       Retail, sales, or events experience

·       Analytical skills

·       High attention to detail

·       Ability to identify issues in working practices and suggest improvements

·       Confident communication and teamwork skills

·       A keen eye for fashion and detail with great industry understanding

We are looking for a people-centred, experienced store supervisor to be based in one of our Central London stores.

This role is best suited to someone who is naturally communicative, highly organised, and is open to making new connections in order to drive store and company sales while meeting the brand’s goals.

Mission: 
To support and supervise the running of our store in close contact with the Store manager, and to drive sales with efficient communication within SIRPLUS' growing family.

You'll be part of a young, talented, and creative team that is passionate about slow fashion and taking steps to grow a business sustainably.

Duties include (but are not limited) to:

·      Managing the visual display of the store

·      Maintaining a sky-high level of customer service

·      Working closely with the Store manager

·      Upholding the world-renown SIRPLUS standard by being a brand ambassador

·      Maintaining POS systems (e.g. iPads, card machines, marketing material, etc.)

·      Ensuring the shop is well looked after, opened and securely locked as required

·      Issuing refunds/exchanges when necessary

·      Communicating effectively with head office and other stores

Requirements:

·      Retail sales and customer relationship experience

·      Natural communicator who interacts well with a variety of customer profiles

·      Being a self-starter that can work individually

·      Willingness to grow within the brand

·      Highly organised with acute attention to detail

·      Ability to identify issues in working practices and suggesting improvements

·      Confident communication and teamwork skills

·      A keen eye for fashion and detail, with great industry understanding
