Delivery Policy

Our parcels are shipped both from our warehouse and from our London stores. As a result, your order might be split between a couple of locations and will arrive in two separate parcels. We’ll notify you if this happens.

UK Mainland

Standard Delivery (1-3 Working Days)

• £4.99 on orders under £200
• Delivered by DPD, DHL, Royal Mail, or Relay

Express Next Working Day

• Free on orders over £200
• £6.99 on orders under £200
• Order by 1 PM for next working day delivery
• Delivered by DPD, DHL

Channel Islands & Isle of Man

• Free on orders over £200
• £12.99 on orders under £200
• Delivery in 1-3 working days
• All duties and taxes included

Additional Delivery Details:

• Highlands and Islands: Orders will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked Parcel. Please allow an additional 2-3 days for delivery.
• Order Timing: UK orders placed before 1 PM will typically be delivered the next working day. Orders placed after 1 PM may be processed the next working day and delivered accordingly.

Our parcels are shipped via DHL, DPD, Relay, or Royal Mail. Shipping costs and tariffs are final and presented at checkout. Free delivery options are available depending on the order total.

Special Requests:

If you need your order delivered on a specific day or wish to delay postage, please specify your request in the ‘notes’ section at checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but this is subject to courier availability.

• Multiple Parcels: As mentioned, your order might arrive in multiple parcels if it’s shipped from different locations (warehouse or London stores). We will notify you if this happens.
• Courier Updates: For updates on your delivery, please ensure you provide your mobile number at checkout to receive SMS notifications from the courier.

International Delivery & Returns

Delivery Policy:
All international orders are shipped via DHL Express. Shipping costs range from £20 to £30 based on the parcel's weight. Free delivery options may be available at checkout. Duties and taxes, if applicable, will also be calculated at checkout. Please allow 3-7 working days for delivery.
