Shipping to the Channel Islands and Isle of Man is free on orders over £200. For orders under £200, shipping is £12.99.

Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday are packed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12pm go out the next working day.

Returns

To initiate a UK return, use the Returns Portal.

To initiate an international return, use the International Returns Portal.

You can return or exchange of your items within 14 days of receiving them, either via post or at any of our London stores. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and include all labels. If pockets were sewn closed, please ensure they have remained so. If a return is initiated outside of fourteen days, a gift card can be issued at the discretion of the Customer Service team.

Christmas Returns Policy
To make your holiday shopping easier, every year we extend our returns and exchange window for purchases made between 1st November and 24th December. This applies to all purchases made online, at events or in any of our London stores. For purchases made between 1st November and 24th December, you have until the 7th January of the new year to initiate a return and receive a refund. You have until the 14th January to initiate a return to exchange items. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and with all labels intact.
