The New Breed: A Fresh Season in Suiting

Our newest suited looks, combining ultra-sharp silhouettes with unparalleled comfort.

Autumn/Winter 2020. A project that embraces our desire for comfort - without any compromise on aesthetics. Utilitarian tailoring that's effortless. The result is a flattering shape, yet highly pliable suiting.

As opposed to the majority of overly fitted suits, our unstructured selection welcomes full pockets. Conceived for working, living and moving with ease. Cut to a fine shape, yet as easy to wear as your weekend clothes, in 3 carefully selected fabrics.

The Brushed Cotton

Taking the stiffness out of tailoring - the unstructured cotton blazer. You'll find all the hallmarks of a formal jacket, but the comfort and durability of everyday wear.

Crafted from a soft Italian brushed cotton, the blazer is lined in our eco-friendly recycled plastic viscose lining. Removing the traditional excess padding means room for movement and pocket space for the essentials. The boxy shape and fluid organic cotton offers a smart drape which works year-round. As a final touch, there's no fastening on the cuff, so your local tailor can tweak the sleeve length either way if needed.

The matching navy chinos are an everyday hero. A new improved fit with a touch of added stretch for comfort, the five-pocket design offers practicality in spades. Darted for a tapered fit, there is also a centre back notch detail to the waistband for ease. Lined in cotton and finished with eco-friendly corozo nut buttons, it is a versatile, year-round essential.

The Corduroy

There's more to modern-day corduroy than meets the eye. Stigma has a way of falling away in the face of style. No longer for just artists or academics alone - cord is back to stay. The original workwear fabric - it predates denim - offers a unique blend of utility, durability and style.

Using Italian designer surplus cord, we created a new breed of suit. A limited-edition take on informal tailoring. The off-navy blazer comes unstructured for a fresh, modern finish. Crafted in substantial 10 whale cord, it's a medium weight without the excess padding (so it won't weigh you down). The Italian recycled plastic viscose lining is a breeze to slip on and off, making light work of easy layering. A statement piece in a classic palette, it works just as well with dark denim as it's matching trouser.

The matching trouser is the new improved fit with five pockets for practicality. They have the same velvety softness and brown corozo nut buttons as the blazer, for perfect pairing.

The Wool Blend

We love Italy. We love Italian surplus too. And this blend of wool, silk and cashmere is no exception. Accessible and adaptable for both the extra special and the everyday. Offering relaxed sophistication for modern suiting.

Heading into the cooler season allows you to sport a little more texture. Soft to the touch in a distinctive fine knit, the unstructured wool silk blazer offers a fluid, unfussy fit. In a classic charcoal grey that works well with any combination. Finished with two lower patch pockets, a chest pocket and Italian horn buttons.

Quite possibly the most useful and stylish trousers to have in your armoury. Classically designed, outerwear of the old-Hollywood variety. Cut with the same new tapered leg, offering a vintage feel for the modern silhouette. Lined with cotton and finished with Italian black horn buttons throughout. Working for business, casual or a mix of the two - wear with a pared back white t-shirt. For those occasions that require something a little more special, pair with a crisp grandad shirt.
