- Additional personal details– you may also provide additional information to us via our mailing list, such as gender, D.O.B or product preference. If you have indicated that you are happy to receive catalogues from like-minded brands, we will also share your information with data co-operatives.
Your personal data is shared with Experian Ltd for the purposes of managing a service called Club Canvasse, a home shopping and direct retailer data co-operative of which SIRPLUS are members. By sharing information on what customers buy and pooling that with contributions from other members of the co-operative, the service allows SIRPLUS to better understand our customers and to communicate with you more effectively. We keep data for as long as you are a SIRPLUS customer. If your account goes dormant, your data is still kept on file, this is so we can respond to any questions you may have and to maintain necessary records for accounting or reporting.
