Delivery & Return Policy
We understand that sometimes things might not be a perfect fit at first glance. That's why we offer the option to exchange an item, receive a credit note, or request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

Delivery Policy:All orders are shipped using Express Next Working Day delivery when placed before 1 PM on working days.
For orders to the Highlands and Islands, we use Royal Mail Tracked Parcel. Please allow an additional 2-3 days for delivery.
Returns:To initiate a return, please use our returns portal. A flat rate of £2.95 will be deducted from refunds. Exchanges are free of charge.
Delivery Policy:All international orders are shipped via DHL Express. Shipping costs range from £20 to £25 based on the parcel's weight. Free delivery options may be available at checkout. Duties and taxes, if applicable, will also be calculated at checkout. Please allow 3-4 working days for delivery.
