At SIRPLUS, we began by crafting boxer shorts from surplus fabrics (hence our name). While we've grown to include a core collection of signature pieces, we remain true to our origins – creating special garments in small runs, using quality surplus fabrics whenever possible.
About the Role:
We're looking for a Sales Assistant to join our Central London store. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with customers and has a keen interest in menswear.
Required Experience:
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Customer service background beneficial
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Assist customers with product selection and fitting
- Process sales transactions
- Support visual merchandising
- Help with stock management and replenishment
- Assist with store opening/closing procedures
- Handle returns and exchanges
- Maintain store presentation
Essential Skills:
- Strong communication abilities
- Team player attitude
- Eye for detail and presentation
- Reliable and well-organised
- Weekend availability
- Interest in fashion retail
