Delivery Policy: All our orders are shipped with Express Next Working Day delivery when ordered before 1 PM on working days.
- Express Next Working Day - Under £150: £4.99
- Free Express Next Working Day - Above £150: FREE
Orders to the Highlands and Islands will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked Parcel. Please allow an extra 2-3 days for delivery.
International: All international orders are shipped with DHL Express. Shipping costs may fluctuate between £20 and £25. Free delivery options are available at checkout. Duties and taxes, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout. Please allow 3-4 working days for delivery.
Returns & Exchanges: If you want to exchange your item, receive a credit note, or request a refund, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order. A flat rate of £2.95 will be deducted for refunds. Exchanges are complimentary.
Sale Policy: For items that are on sale and purchased online, we offer a 14-day return and exchange policy. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
